Back in 1997, KERION was an instrumental Prog Metal band at this  time  called KIRLIAN

A female singer, Flora, then joins the lineup and KERION heads     towards  Symphonic Metal and release 2 demos conceptually based on a Heroic-Fantasy tale written by Chris Barberi.

 2008 : Our first album : "Holy Creatures Quest" is written among the last part of Barberi's "Staraxis" novel.

Featuring a majestuous choir directed by Phil Gordana (FAIRYLAND), a lyrical singer as guest vocalist,
a tremendous cover artwork by master JP Fournier (AVANTASIA, EDGUY) and mixed in Harkam Studio by Wildric Lievin (HAMKA, FAIRYLAND) and Guillaume Serra.

"Holy Creatures Quest" shows a powerful and distinguished Symphonic Metal, direct and agressive one time, epic
and poetic the next one. Right away, KERION imposes itself as a real outsider in the genre.
